To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@trailercheckpro.com with your order number. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
